BBQ Rub

This barbecue rub is out of this world! Now, would I lie to you? This recipe makes a lot, but you will want to use it on just about everything. It is also easy to measure out because everything is in tablespoons. This is meant to be rubbed into your meat before dry roasting or grilling. I also used it before smoking a pork shoulder.

Love it! I used this rubbed into a spatchcook chicken I did in my roaster. I used smoked paprika rather than sweet. Made for CQ 2015

I was out of my normal dry rub mix so I tried this one! It is really very good especially as we are kind of heat wimps. I can see using this on all kinds of meats as well as adding some to stews to boost the flavour. Thanks for posting this! Lesley – aka K9 Owned.

Loved this rub! I used it on grilled chicken and the flavor was outstanding. All of the different spices work very well together. I can’t wait to try it on grilled steak. Thank you for sharing this wonderful recipe. **Made for 2015 Culinary Quest (Texas) for Munching Minions
