You can make this is less than 5 minutes.
- 2 tablespoons wasabi paste
- 1/2 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon mirin (sweet rice wine)
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- cold water as needed
In a bowl, combine wasabi paste, sugar, and mirin. Whisk in the oil.
Add in just enough water to get the desired consistency.
