Rice and Grains

I often use rice and whole grains interchangeably.  I use brown rice as much as possible in lieu of white rice (but my husband often prefers the white).  Also whole grains have a whole lot more nutrition than rice of any type.  My preference is bulgur, but I am not talking about cracked wheat bulgur.  I find bulgur at my Turkish market (Halal).  I also like wheat berries and farro.  Quinoa and millet not so much.  But i am trying…
